We at Food Local Food work closely with Food Technologists; Sian Fergusson & Eleanor Nicholls of North East Food Technology Services (NEFTS) to ensure that all the products we supply comply with all necessary food safety and hygiene requirements. We only use approved suppliers.
The Food technologists will continually monitor all suppliers’ products to ensure that we only supply you with the finest quality products.
