Bedou Kitchen

Bedou Kitchen [formerly Church's Cuisine] opened a small cafe & a cute bistro in the busy market town of Chester-le-Street eight years ago. Very quickly they realised they needed more space and therefore they also opened a Deli/Sandwich shop. They used this site to begin their Outside Catering: over the next few years, starting with private functions, their customer base started to grow stretching the existing kitchens to their limits.

In June 2004 they sold their smaller sites and moved to a specially designed kitchen for their ever expanding Outside Catering. Now the Outside Catering with the addition of their exquisite range of sweet and savoury pies, scones and delicious quiches has 100% of their attention, giving them the time; space to give to their clients fresh and delicious food prepared by their team of enthusiastic Food Designers.

All of their products are prepared fresh daily and none of their products knowingly contain GM Foods. Wherever possible they support their local suppliers. All their meat is brought to them by their neighbouring, friendly farmer and all their fresh fruit & vegetables are locally sourced.

In September 2009 they had a name change to Bedou Kitchen.
