Ridley's Fish and Game is a specialist retailer, wholesale supplier and producer of top quality fresh fish, seafood, poultry and wild local game and delicious homemade foods, both to the general public and the catering trade. David and Carolyn Ridley, both local, understand the importance of quality of fresh produce which is why David goes to the fish quay every morning and only buys fish that has been landed in boats under 10 metres in length.
Both David and Carolyn have a background in catering and they freshly make all their own fish pies, fish, poutlry and game pasties, their raised game and poultry pies and their amazing pork pies.
They source all their game from Northumberland, the game larder of the UK. Ridleys are able to identify where each Roe or Red Deer was stalked and by whom, provenance is everything.
To add to David's many talents he is also a master limerick memoriser - just ask!
